Project Manager (Public Safety)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Public Safety software implementations from contract award through go-live and service handover.
• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources from internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth progression.
• Act as the primary hirify.global representative and build strong relationships with emergency services organizations.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders via internal governance boards.
• Oversee third-party contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering significant, large-scale software implementations.
• Strong understanding of project and programme management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to undergo SC (Security Check) clearance.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management qualification.
