TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Career Center Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets and client success with an accent on pipeline management, leadership coaching, and sales strategy. Focus on driving day-to-day execution, optimizing sales processes, and managing key client relationships.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Atlanta, GA or Groton, CT with up to 30% travel between locations.

What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales and client success objectives.
  • Drive execution of the sales process, ensuring pipeline health and quota attainment.
  • Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success on lead quality and account handoffs.
  • Submit accurate forecasts and identify inefficiencies in sales processes to implement improvements.
  • Maintain deep product expertise to articulate value propositions and competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6–8+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Salesloft.
  • Experience managing KPIs to evaluate representative performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
