What you will do
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales and client success objectives.
- Drive execution of the sales process, ensuring pipeline health and quota attainment.
- Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success on lead quality and account handoffs.
- Submit accurate forecasts and identify inefficiencies in sales processes to implement improvements.
- Maintain deep product expertise to articulate value propositions and competitive differentiators.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6–8+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Salesloft.
- Experience managing KPIs to evaluate representative performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
