What you will do

• Oversee month-end close, GAAP/IFRS-compliant financial statements, and revenue recognition (FRS102 & IFRS 15).
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and short-to-medium term cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare board packs and lead reporting for PE investors, Audit Committees, and lenders.
• Oversee global statutory and tax filings, including R&D tax credit claims and equity incentive schemes.
• Partner with sales, product, and operations leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop a finance team of 5 direct reports, implementing internal controls and leveraging AI to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, including 3+ years at a senior level leading a team within a SaaS business.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Deep expertise in GAAP/IFRS, SaaS revenue recognition, R&D tax relief, and share-based compensation.
• Strong experience in a Private Equity (PE) environment, including reporting and governance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite.
