What you will do

  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  • Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to promote digital transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrate virtual teams across the company portfolio to build deep trust and deliver results across the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities based on industry priorities and customer business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer industries, business strategies, and key partners.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure account needs are addressed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the infrastructure industry with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven experience in an Account Manager sales role.
  • Ability to indirectly influence and orchestrate virtual teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships at multiple levels cross-organizationally.
  • Ability to grasp technical product aspects to maximize sales results.
