What you will do

• Manage end-to-end coordination of MICE programmes from RFP to supplier negotiation, contracting, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to position Events capabilities and support client discovery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and growing engagement.
• Work across planning, logistics, and delivery teams for seamless programme execution.
• Contribute ideas to improve operations and drive commercial results.

Requirements

• 4-6 years MICE sales experience in TMC or corporate travel agency, handling complex multi-stakeholder programmes
• Strong written and verbal German language skills for German-speaking clients
• Solid track record delivering high-quality corporate events
• Commercially aware, organised under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented
