Salary: $72,250 - $85,000

What you will do

• Conduct site reconnaissance, interviews with owners/personnel/officials, and sampling if needed.
• Perform data compilation, organization, research, and technical report authoring.
• Plan, schedule, track project timelines and milestones.
• Provide recommendations on cleanup options, risk assessments, and costs.
• Communicate progress/issues with directors and clients, resolve problems, and handle scope changes.
• Deliver customer service through timely responses and proactive solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience conducting/managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, or related engineering/architectural consulting.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and specialty scopes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, architecture, or construction-related field.
• Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21, E2018-24, civil/structural/geotechnical principles, ADA, Fair Housing Act.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; comfortable with mobile technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Professional licensure (RA, PG, PE).
• Environmental Professional (EP) designation.
