Location: Remote anywhere in Canada

Salary: $76,000 - $90,000 CAD (Ontario base)

What you will do

• Lead negotiations for SaaS contracts (Salesforce, Google Workspace, AWS etc.), securing optimal terms and scalability.
• Support end-to-end RFPs for critical technologies, vendor evaluations, and ROI analyses.
• Identify redundant spend, consolidate vendors, and track cost savings.
• Design procurement frameworks to improve compliance, transparency, and cycle times.
• Conduct TCO analysis and spend forecasts for vendor pricing impact.
• Build vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with data security regulations (GDPR/CCPA/PIPEDA).
• Manage P2P lifecycle using platforms like ZIP, including POs, renewals, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic IT procurement for hardware, SaaS/PaaS, professional services.
• Expert negotiation skills for complex IT contracts.
• Knowledge of P2P lifecycle and procurement best practices.
• Expertise in SaaS procure-to-pay platforms (Zip ideal).
• Strong analytics in Excel/Google Sheets for spend analysis.
• Critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills for executive collaboration.
