What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requirements, RFQs, quotes analysis, and negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor performance evaluation and SLA adherence.
• Manage purchase order processes and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience working in global high-tech companies.
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, ZIP).
• Experience working with AI-based tools for sourcing, automation, or vendor evaluation.
• Background in procurement of software, hardware, SaaS, or technology services.
• Experience working with cross-functional approval workflows.
