World-leading real estate services company with expanding PDS service line in EMEA, offering project management, building consultancy, interior design, cost and MEP engineering, and Design & Build.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement PDS sales and forecasting plans, identify new business opportunities in real estate for investors and occupiers.
  • Maintain project pipeline to meet quarterly sales objectives and manage client relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, site visits, and drive cross-selling with other C&W service lines.
  • Monitor sales targets, update CRM systems, track opportunities, and prepare sales reports.
  • Support preparation of RFI/RFP responses, commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to PDS marketing, brand development, attend industry events and networking.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales, business development or commercial support, preferably in architecture/engineering firms, contracting, design & build, or real estate technical services.
  • Active client networks and strong interest in real estate and construction sectors.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, team-oriented in matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to travel to build client relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CRM tools.
