SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for small to medium business prospects to increase market share with an accent on consultative selling and high-velocity pipeline management. Focus on driving New Name Business (NNB) and building critical relationships with prospects to achieve sales quotas.

What you will do

  • Manage the full New Name Business (NNB) process from initial discovery calls to the final signature.
  • Collaborate with the Czechia-based SDR and MIR teams to manage inbound meetings and handoffs.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to understand prospect pain points and position solutions as business drivers.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of 30–35 active opportunities with a weekly or bi-weekly closing cadence.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations to secure buy-in and increase ARR.
  • Perform hybrid prospecting, combining inbound lead management with proactive cold calling and re-engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS products or data subscriptions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in leading the sales process and handling objections.
