What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and execute outbound targeted prospecting.
- Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and handle objections.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including calls scheduled, calls completed, and qualified opportunities.
- Develop the necessary skills to be promoted into a full closing role.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Recent graduate or individual at the start of their professional career.
- Strong work ethic, drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with new people and asking probing questions.
- Resilient, organized, and motivated by targets and results.
- Located in or able to work from Prague or Spain.
