Location: Hybrid (Prague)

Salary: 40,000 CZK base + 15,000 CZK commission base

What you will do

• Connect with interested EasyPark users via phone to identify and qualify B2B upgrade opportunities.
• Guide customers through business solutions to demonstrate the extra value B2B plans offer their operations.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships to turn conversations into long-term successful partnerships.
• Take full ownership of the sales pipeline and manage deals from start to finish.
• Maintain a sharp and accurate CRM system to ensure high data quality.

Requirements

• Experience in sales with comfort in building professional relationships over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Fluent in Czech and Slovak languages.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
