What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for a rapidly growing product in the AI agents space.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies to scale agent capabilities.
• Guide system architectures and product roadmaps using sharp technical and product intuition.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for a high-caliber engineering team.
• Drive product reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with co-founders to deliver strategic objectives that redefine the AI industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
• Proficiency in Python (TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust are considered bonuses).
• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack and hands-on experience with frontier models.
• Domain expertise in at least one area: context engineering, post-training/RL for multimodal models, or browser technologies (CDP, Playwright).
• Strong product intuition and a taste for user experience excellence.
• Must be based in the US to qualify for the listed USD compensation range.
