What you will do

• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate project reports, drawing reviews, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise on project finances.
• Supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators.
• Provide documentation and progress reports to clients and management.
• Participate in marketing services to clients and cooperate with facility personnel.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area.
• Minimum 7 years in engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
