Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Consult on complex building enclosure projects, providing leadership and expertise to internal and external teams.
• Conduct 16-25 site observations per month to evaluate exterior envelopes.
• Generate technical picture and text reports for every site observation.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate internal testing teams.
• Manage travel requirements, including air travel and overnight stays for projects outside the Atlanta area.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in construction (Required).
• Knowledge of below-grade waterproofing, roofs, windows, doors, weather barriers, cladding, and balcony systems.
• Clean driving record (Required).
• Physical ability to work from heights, climb ladders, and lift 50 lbs.
• Must be located in the Atlanta, GA area for regular site visits.

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Extensive knowledge of Multi-Family wood frame construction.
