What you will do

• Manage ADA interactive process including documentation, medical reviews, and reasonable accommodations determination.
• Serve as SME on FMLA, ADA, company leaves, workers compensation, and state/local laws.
• Consult HR partners, managers, and employees on leave eligibility, expectations, and return-to-work.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies; maintain accurate case tracking.
• Identify trends, support audits, and develop training/tools/templates.
• Occasional travel to other locations for investigations and meetings.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in leave administration, ADA accommodations, disability management, or related HR/ER work
• Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and relevant state/local leave regulations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience, preferably in HR
• PHR or SPHR designation preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to influence leaders
• Superior analytical, organizational, and project management skills
