What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end development of seasonal collections from concept to delivery
• Translate trends, customer insights and market data into commercially successful product ranges
• Lead planning and execution of seasonal collections with product, design and marketing teams
• Manage full product lifecycle, buying, production processes and quality control
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing, specs and timelines
• Analyze product performance and refine product and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private label buying or product development
• Background in fast fashion, young fashion or commercially driven fashion brands
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials and production processes
• Proven ability to balance trend awareness with commercial decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach
• Business fluency in English
