What you will do

• Lead all procurement activities, managing the full lifecycle for Indirect Spend (SaaS, IT, Services) and supporting Direct Spend.
• Act as the company-wide Product Owner and administrator for the procurement tool.
• Architect procurement policies and risk-tiered decision trees to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Manage contract lifecycles, expirations, and notice periods to optimize "renew vs. cancel" decisions.
• Collaborate with Outsourcing Management to ensure compliance with MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, and KRITIS.
• Negotiate SLAs and challenge technical spend using knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in high-growth Fintech or regulated finance.
• Technical literacy regarding IT infrastructure and cloud providers (e.g., GCP).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be based in Berlin.
• Experience with Procurement Automation Tools.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and create structured processes.
