What you will do

• Analyze and continuously improve end-to-end logistics and warehousing processes.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and drive automation initiatives within logistics operations, such as WMS, robotics, and digital workflows.
• Lead process optimization projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and engineering teams.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in logistics process engineering or supply chain optimization.
• Strong expertise in process design, SOP development, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with logistics automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Knowledge of WMS and automation technologies.
• Fluent in German and English.
