What you will do

• Lead and develop the procurement team, managing budgets and reporting key metrics to SCM management.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from release to delivery, including deadline monitoring and escalation management.
• Oversee contracts, volume agreements, and delivery schedules in SAP with a focus on quality and cost targets.
• Continuously optimize the supplier base through structured cost comparisons and systematic evaluations.
• Implement TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) strategies and ensure compliance with sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in procurement, particularly within manufacturing or complex supply chains.
• Proficiency in common procurement systems and strong supplier negotiation experience.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and develop team potential.
• Fluency in both German and English is required for international negotiations.
