What you will do

• Own strategic roadmaps for Databricks-based projects, prioritizing high-ROI AI features with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and create user stories from complex stakeholder needs.
• Translate business logic for technical teams and vice versa.
• Orchestrate syncs between engineering and customer stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Lead QA, UAT, and feedback loops for developed features.
• Identify upsell opportunities and build key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as liaison between Tech and Business
• Proven experience leading data or AI projects
• Strong business strategy background with understanding of data/AI impact on decisions
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa
• Comfort speaking with C-level executives
• ROI-centric thinking with experience in process improvements driving business impact

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors
• Familiarity with modern data stack: Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Excel, Tableau
• Experience building strategic dashboards (Tableau, Mode, PowerBI)
• Programming skills like Python
