What you will do

• Integrate with product and engineering ceremonies to identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the development cycle.
• Convert regulatory requirements and controls into usable acceptance criteria and checklists for developers.
• Act as the primary operational bridge between the engineering and compliance departments.
• Manage and update the library of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Systematically collect and organize audit evidence throughout the year.
• Create clear, self-contained documentation for independent team use.

Requirements

• Professional background in a technology or product-led company with familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Experience using BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency with Slack and ClickUp for daily operations.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and investigation.
• Experience integrating compliance requirements directly into a product backlog.
• Familiarity with audit preparation and evidence collection workflows.
