What you will do

• Implement portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and workplace strategy.
• Collaborate with brokerage professionals for negotiations on leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Oversee transaction teams, field broker selection, and delivery of transaction services.
• Lead strategic planning, occupancy cost savings, and expansion/contraction strategies.
• Manage budgeting, revenue tracking, financial analysis, and profitability reporting.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, performance measurements, and operations playbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (finance/real estate preferred)
• 5+ years real estate experience in transaction or corporate real estate management
• Experience with high-level, complex transactions and contract management/compliance
• Ability to read/understand commercial real estate documents (leases, PSAs, subleases, etc.)
• Client service, communication, financial analysis, negotiation, leadership skills
• Some travel for site inspections or client meetings
