Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

What you will do
- Monitor operational performance across 4-5 communities, tracking KPIs like occupancy, sales conversion, collections, and expenses.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate property condition, team performance, and operational execution.
- Coach and develop Community Managers on best practices in resident relations, financial management, sales processes, and issue resolution.
- Support financial performance by reviewing metrics and identifying operational adjustments.
- Oversee sales and lead management, including pipeline monitoring, marketing coordination, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with corporate teams on accounting, vendor management, compliance, and process implementation.
Requirements
- Must reside within the Central Time Zone (CST) with valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel ~25%.
- 3+ years in property management, preferably manufactured housing, RV communities, or multi-site residential operations.
- Prior experience as Community Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong understanding of occupancy management, home sales, resident relations, and financial fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Workspace; ability to pass criminal background check.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple properties or teams in leadership capacity.
- Experience mentoring or training property management staff.
- Experience with Rent Manager software.
- Strong interest in operational leadership and career growth toward Regional Manager.
