Location: Palm Harbor Estates MHP - Mesa, AZ (onsite, full-time)
Salary: $65,000-75,000 + incentives

What you will do
- Serve as primary onsite leader, driving team performance, accountability, and culture while supervising staff and contractors
- Oversee daily operations including office management, resident communications, vendor coordination, and compliance
- Drive financial metrics like occupancy, collections, NOI, budgeting, and expense control
- Own home sales strategy, managing full sales lifecycle from leads to closings and marketing
- Handle leasing, tours, applications, move-ins/outs, and local marketing to maximize occupancy
- Coordinate property maintenance, conduct inspections, enforce rules, and foster resident engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of property management or related experience
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or revenue-generating roles
- Strong leadership with experience supervising or influencing teams
- Experience managing property financial performance (budgets, KPIs, P&L)
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems and Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
- Experience in manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities
- Experience with home sales or real estate transactions
- Experience with Rent Manager or similar systems
- Strong business mindset focused on performance and accountability
