Salary: $65,000-75,000 + incentives

What you will do

• Serve as primary onsite leader, driving team performance, accountability, and culture while supervising staff and contractors
• Oversee daily operations including office management, resident communications, vendor coordination, and compliance
• Drive financial metrics like occupancy, collections, NOI, budgeting, and expense control
• Own home sales strategy, managing full sales lifecycle from leads to closings and marketing
• Handle leasing, tours, applications, move-ins/outs, and local marketing to maximize occupancy
• Coordinate property maintenance, conduct inspections, enforce rules, and foster resident engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management or related experience
• Proven experience in sales, leasing, or revenue-generating roles
• Strong leadership with experience supervising or influencing teams
• Experience managing property financial performance (budgets, KPIs, P&L)
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with property management systems and Google Workspace
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to have

• Experience in manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities
• Experience with home sales or real estate transactions
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar systems
• Strong business mindset focused on performance and accountability
