What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the external API platform and partner integration ecosystem.
• Lead the full API product lifecycle including design standards, documentation, versioning, governance, and deprecation policies.
• Partner with engineering to establish scalable API architecture ensuring security, consistency, and strong developer experience.
• Drive integration strategy with external financial infrastructure providers and build bidirectional integrations.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop developer experience assets like documentation, sandbox environments, and onboarding processes; track success metrics.

Requirements

• 8–12 years in product management or technical roles, including 3+ years focused on API platforms, developer tools, or integration products.
• Proven experience designing and shipping APIs in API-first, platform, or ecosystem-driven organizations.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and interpret API specifications.
• Experience delivering integrations driving business outcomes like adoption, retention, or revenue growth.
• Strong communication across engineering, business, compliance, and external partners.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution and product delivery discipline.
