What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the identity data platform covering onboarding, verification, and authentication.
• Design end-to-end identity and authentication flows, including sign-up, recovery, and Passkey/PIN verification.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design scalable data schemas for user identity and PII handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Fraud, and Compliance teams to drive a cohesive strategy.
• Define and analyze KPIs for verification success, platform adoption, and security impact.
• Drive the evolution of verification using AI-forward approaches, such as behavioral signals and LLM-aided decisioning.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven domain expertise in Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM.
• Track record of owning a platform or shared infrastructure product where internal teams are the primary customers.
• Technical acumen in API design, data modeling, and database schema structure.
• Experience driving product strategy with executive-level visibility and aligning complex cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for defining product metrics and driving data-driven decision-making.
