What you will do

• Lead end-to-end paid social acquisition for both homeowners and service providers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage the full conversion funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion and remarketing.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable creative and audience testing framework to prevent creative fatigue.
• Optimize budget allocation across geographies and service categories based on seasonal swings and unit economics.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics teams to integrate paid social into the overall growth system.
• Build and lead a dedicated paid social team as the channel scales.

Requirements

• Proven track record in performance marketing with a deep focus on CAC and LTV:CAC.
• Expertise in running structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Advantage+) to optimize creative hypotheses and analysis.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios involving multiple audiences and market dynamics.
