What you will do

• Assist with IT service requests, documentation, and system monitoring.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and workplace technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow documented processes
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely in the United States during summer

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems, documentation tools, or collaboration platforms
