Salary: $64,000–$72,000

What you will do
- Serve as L2 escalation for complex issues using root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and clear communication to ensure minimal downtime.
- Administer Okta for RBAC, Google Workspace for user lifecycle and security, Kandji MDM for macOS fleet, and SaaS provisioning per security standards.
- Support AI tools onboarding, access management, automation workflows, and staff productivity through documentation and guidance.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning, account management, and runbooks.
- Assist IT projects, maintain knowledge base/SOPs, and manage vendors.
- Maintain security with endpoint tools like SentinelOne, email security like Proofpoint, and HIPAA compliance; escalate incidents.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience as IT Support Specialist or similar IT customer support role
- Good understanding of IT hardware/software; experience with macOS preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (understanding of HIPAA desired)
- Ability to prioritize tasks by business impact
- BS/BA in IT/Computer Science or relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.)

- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace Enterprise, Kandji, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Slack, Zoom Phone, Atlassian/JSM, Zoho, AI productivity tools
