What you will do
- Manage end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentives, group travel, and corporate events from RFP to execution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to position Events capabilities and support client discovery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate internally across planning, logistics, and delivery for seamless programme execution.
- Contribute ideas to improve operations and drive commercial results.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of MICE sales experience in TMC or corporate travel agency, handling complex multi-stakeholder programmes independently.
- Strong German language skills (written and verbal) for German-speaking clients.
- Solid track record delivering high-quality corporate events, commercially aware and organised under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to flag issues and propose solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset obsessed with delivering exceptional experiences.
