What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing activities for various projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs for equipment and HW/SW components.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers for optimal technical and economic conditions.
• Manage order issuance, follow-up, and reporting on purchase request status to project leads.
• Resolve issues regarding defective or non-compliant materials in coordination with suppliers.
• Handle the transfer of software licenses to final customers.

Requirements

• Experience with modern standard COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software.
• Proficiency in the MS Office toolset.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Spain.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of COTS software licensing and dimensioning.
