What you will do

  • Lead and scale FP&A function, partnering with CFO on earnings prep and board materials.
  • Influence company-wide decisions as trusted advisor, translating insights into growth initiatives.
  • Optimize budget, forecast processes, and financial modeling for organic investments.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executives and board.
  • Champion continuous improvement, modernize tools with IT, and lead high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • 15+ years relevant experience in complex global organizations ($1B revenue, 3,000+ employees).
  • Proven financial modeling expertise, analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial planning software, ERP systems; strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication to convey complex insights to all levels including board.
  • Ability to work in complex multi-service international company and champion change.

Nice to have

  • Pharma services experience.
  • CPA, CFA, MBA or Masters of Finance.
  • Experience with senior executives, investors, multiple business models.
