What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and administration of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Manage corporate budgets, annual budgeting processes, and monthly reforecasting for revenue and operating expenses.
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain integration workflows between Adaptive and GovCon ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet).
• Partner with program finance and contracts teams to model contract modifications and new award scenarios.
• Prepare executive presentation materials and monthly financial reports for department directors and VPs.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with growing professional services companies.
• Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation or administration.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, macros).

Nice to have

• 7+ years of finance experience with a background in consulting.
• Proficiency with GovCon ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint or Unanet.
• Experience in a DCAA-audited environment and supporting FPRPs or ICS.
• Exposure to BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience implementing and using AI in finance workstreams.
