Lead Technical Program Manager

TL;DR

Location: This role is based in Spain. Remote work within Spain is possible; however, you must be based in and legally eligible to work in Spain. Remote work from outside Spain is not possible.

What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of hirify.global programs across all business units.
• Provide global visibility to leadership on program status.
• Provide hands-on program management for cross-organizational product delivery and integration.
• Own and lead global programs for compliance, security, or operations.
• Create mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group.
• Define strategic portfolio management tools, program review cadences, and decision-making processes to maximize investments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Spain.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management.
• Experience managing global programs for compliance, security, or operations.
• Ability to create governance mechanisms and prioritization processes.
