What you will do

• Manage projects for tier-one clients using cross-functional Actimize teams across multiple locations.
• Lead portfolio of client accounts with multiple software delivery engagements via direct or team oversight.
• Provide timely communications to senior stakeholders, including C-level, and chair steering committees.
• Drive customer satisfaction, proactive risk management, and rapid escalation resolution.
• Monitor scope, budgets, forecasts, and quality; implement change control and re-planning.
• Assess delivery stages, report lessons learned, and contribute to PM tools and processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel internationally if required
• 10+ years managing complex IT/software projects with PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or similar certifications (preferred).
• Experience leading customer-facing professional services portfolios through project manager teams.
• Extensive client management including crisis/escalation/risk resolution in Financial Services/Capital Markets.
• Substantial experience with distributed matrix teams, SDLC phases, data migration/integration.
• Highly developed soft skills, stakeholder gravitas, excellent communication up to C-level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
