Compensation: OTE $37,460-$44,330 USD (base + ~$10K commission) + share appreciation rights (SARs)

  • Drive full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing new business deals.

  • Identify and automate manual sales tasks using AI for efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams sharing real-time market feedback.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones fostering inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • Based in Americas timezone (UTC-3:00 to UTC-7:00)
  • Exceptional communicator distilling complex ideas into compelling messages and building rapport.
  • Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for productivity.
  • High-achiever consistently beating targets and driving growth.
  • Agile learner mastering product, sales techniques, and SalesTech quickly.
  • Growth mindset seeking feedback and proposing bold ideas.
  • 6+ months experience in sales or customer-facing roles (eager learners welcome).

Nice to have

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish.
  • Power-user in HubSpot, Gong, or Apollo.io.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
