What you will do

  • Lead operational infrastructure, including internal systems, documentation, and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and strengthen the recruitment delivery model to optimize client and candidate experiences.
  • Own and evolve the technology stack by identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-enabled tools.
  • Drive operational improvements and lead special projects to streamline organizational workflows.
  • Guide and support a small operations team, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing operations within professional services, consulting, or recruitment environments.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with external clients.
  • Proficiency in learning new technologies and exploring automation and AI tools.
  • A process-improvement mindset with the ability to experiment and refine workflows.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience guiding others toward success.
  • Must be based in Canada and work within the Eastern timezone.
