What you will do
- Lead operational infrastructure, including internal systems, documentation, and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and strengthen the recruitment delivery model to optimize client and candidate experiences.
- Own and evolve the technology stack by identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-enabled tools.
- Drive operational improvements and lead special projects to streamline organizational workflows.
- Guide and support a small operations team, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing operations within professional services, consulting, or recruitment environments.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with external clients.
- Proficiency in learning new technologies and exploring automation and AI tools.
- A process-improvement mindset with the ability to experiment and refine workflows.
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding others toward success.
- Must be based in Canada and work within the Eastern timezone.
