What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of direct reports, providing coaching and ensuring high performance.
  • Act as primary client relationship manager, building partnerships and driving satisfaction.
  • Direct planning and development of spatial activities, projects, and programs.
  • Prepare presentations and reports on space pipeline, progress, and recommendations; conduct stakeholder meetings.
  • Oversee creation of playbooks, templates, tools, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership for alignment, recommend process improvements, and deliver client-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in architectural/engineering drawings, test fits, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk AutoCAD.
  • Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle concurrent projects, and pay attention to detail.
