What you will do

• Manage all facets of residential mass appraisal for revaluation projects.
• Train and oversee junior staff including field data collectors and appraisers.
• Perform field reviews to ensure data and categorization accuracy.
• Develop cost tables for buildings, outbuildings, and land values.
• Verify sales data and test reconciled values using sales approach.
• Participate in informal hearings, investigate complaints, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain relations with clients, public, and personnel; communicate status effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of appraisal experience with working knowledge of mass appraisal process
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environment
• Critical thinking and task prioritization skills
