Location: Vienna, VA - HYBRID, 3 days. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance (Public Trust).

What you will do
- Examine petitions, case files, and documents from schools seeking certification.
- Conduct evaluations to determine compliance with 8 CFR 214.3 and federal regulations.
- Identify concerns, discrepancies, or missing information and recommend approval, denial, or additional actions.
- Communicate with school officials for clarification or documentation.
- Document findings, rationale, and case notes for transparent decision-making.
- Collaborate with analysts, adjudicators, and management for consistent policy application.
- Manage records, filing, and tagging in adherence to policies and NARA requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of related professional work experience in analytical, compliance, or adjudication environments.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them across varied cases.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for case documentation analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and handling of confidential information.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, or case management.
- Familiarity with federal school regulations, SEVIS, and adjudication processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
