What you will do

• Support design team with administrative and creative tasks across multiple projects.
• Assist in client and project meetings by gathering information through surveys, interviews, and documentation.
• Conduct field verifications, product research, and inventory tracking.
• Contribute to early-stage design work by producing preliminary concepts and gathering requirements.
• Coordinate resources, organize projects, and track time entries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of design deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong interest in interior design, workplace environments, and spatial planning.
• Ability to handle creative and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with designers, clients, and teams.
• Basic knowledge of design tools and willingness to learn industry software.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
