What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic Territory Business Plan to drive new revenue and sales growth.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within small to midsize pharma and biotech companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executive-level clients to generate new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to SOW finalization.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft compelling solutions and accelerate deal progression.
- Promote company capabilities through lead generation activities such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
Requirements
- BS in business, marketing, or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences sales or professional products/consultancy firms.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business results.
- Expertise in consultative, insight-focused account-based selling.
- Strong understanding of life science customer experience and engagement strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- MBA or MS in business/marketing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
