A global full-service CRO specializing in clinical development and functional solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new global full clinical service opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing complex, high-value deals.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, procurement, and clinical operations functions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to monitor trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and prompt pipeline data within the company CRM database.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- At least 6 years of experience specifically within global full-service CROs.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar business deals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills for senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
- Must be based in the United States.

- MBA degree.
- Experience developing clients with outsourcing exposure to China.
