What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic Territory Business Plan to drive revenue and sales growth of PAQ Agency, Consultancy, and Products.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within small to midsize pharma and biotech companies.
  • Build and maintain senior executive-level relationships to generate new business and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to SOW finalization and transition to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions and accelerate deal progression.
  • Promote company capabilities through lead generation activities, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

Requirements

  • BS in business, marketing, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences sales and marketing or professional product firms selling to life science companies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business results.
  • Expertise in consultative, insight-focused account-based selling approaches.
  • Comprehensive understanding of life science customer experience and engagement strategies.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bethesda, MD, USA

Nice to have

  • MBA or MS in business, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
