Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales team with clear goals and culture of performance.
- Own sales strategy execution to drive revenue and expand product adoption in federal government.
- Build and manage sales pipeline through full cycle from lead generation to close.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders, procurement leaders, and technical buyers.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to align feedback with go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 10–15 years sales experience including leadership of high-performing teams
- Experience selling directly into US federal agencies like Department of Defense
- Proven track record driving revenue through strategic planning and deal execution.
- Full sales cycle management for complex technical solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
- US work authorization without sponsorship; potential security clearance requirement

- Background in security, counter-UAS, defense, or airspace security markets.
