TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Manager (GTM/SaaS): Own revenue architecture across four GTM motions from marketing touch to retention and expansion with an accent on pipeline stages, handoff workflows, and conversion metrics. Focus on designing AI-native automations, administering GTM stack, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions for scalable operations.

Location: United States, remote; Pacific timezone preferred for remote candidates. Support for in-person candidates based in San Francisco (2 days/week in office).

Salary: $139,230 - $167,987 per year

What you will do

  • Design and maintain revenue architecture, pipeline stages, routing logic, handoffs, and metrics across four GTM motions (SMB, mid-market, clinician upsell, enterprise).
  • Administer GTM stack including HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Gong, Cargo, Unify, DocuSign, Arrows, Pylon, Chameleon, and integrations; ensure data integrity.
  • Build AI-native workflows for data enrichment, lead routing, CRM hygiene, reporting, and outbound targeting.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting in Metabase; drive attribution, forecasting with Finance, and partner with Data team on GTM use cases.
  • Architect campaign and outbound operations: account prioritization, triggers, sequences.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in revenue/sales/marketing operations in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on CRM administration (workflows, pipelines, integrations)
  • Experience designing 2+ distinct GTM motions
  • AI-native execution: shipped production LLMs automations
  • Technical skills: build automations, API troubleshooting, data quality audits
  • Data architecture rigor and cross-functional communication
  • Early-stage startup experience (Series A-C); HIPAA-aware design
