Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and enhance data knowledge repositories to improve discoverability and foster knowledge sharing across divisions.
- Collaborate with Chief Data Officer, data stewards, and technical teams to align with enterprise data strategy and initiatives like data catalog and standards management.
- Populate and enrich enterprise data catalog, curate entries, and guide stakeholders on usage.
- Develop and deliver training materials, FAQs, guides, and communications for data acumen, governance, and catalog tools.
- Monitor usage metrics, identify gaps in documentation, and propose improvements for data projects.
- Provide thought leadership on KM practices and manage delivery of knowledge management projects.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in knowledge management, information management, or data governance (certifications may substitute).
- Familiarity with data catalogs and metadata management.
- Proficiency with knowledge management tools (Confluence, SharePoint, wikis).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, organizational, and documentation skills.
