Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam office; must be based within a 50 km radius. No relocation support.

Salary: 4500–5500 euros

What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for employees in a flat organization, handling day-to-day support and complex situations.
• Drive full employee lifecycle, ensuring empowerment from onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as strategic partner, aligning People & Culture initiatives with goals and supporting change.
• Lead performance management, feedback cycles, goal-setting, and development conversations.
• Foster culture of trust, autonomy, innovation, open feedback, inclusion, and belonging.
• Collaborate on onboarding, benefits, wellness, recognition; ensure labour law compliance across 3 countries and EU regulations; use people analytics.

Requirements

• Experienced as HRBP or similar role
• Bachelor in HR/Work & Organizational Psychology or related studies
• Fluency in English mandatory; Dutch is a plus
• Hands-on mindset, critical thinker, problem solver
• Communicative, business-savvy, empathetic personality
