People & Culture Business Partner (HR): Drive the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, act as strategic partner aligning initiatives with business goals, and lead performance management with an accent on feedback cycles, goal-setting, and development. Focus on fostering trust, autonomy, innovation, ensuring inclusion, labour law compliance across 3 countries, and using people analytics to measure impact.
Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam office; must be based within a 50 km radius. No relocation support.
Salary: 4500–5500 euros

What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for employees in a flat organization, handling day-to-day support and complex situations.
- Drive full employee lifecycle, ensuring empowerment from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as strategic partner, aligning People & Culture initiatives with goals and supporting change.
- Lead performance management, feedback cycles, goal-setting, and development conversations.
- Foster culture of trust, autonomy, innovation, open feedback, inclusion, and belonging.
- Collaborate on onboarding, benefits, wellness, recognition; ensure labour law compliance across 3 countries and EU regulations; use people analytics.
Requirements
- Experienced as HRBP or similar role
- Bachelor in HR/Work & Organizational Psychology or related studies
- Fluency in English mandatory; Dutch is a plus
- Hands-on mindset, critical thinker, problem solver
- Communicative, business-savvy, empathetic personality
