Location: Hybrid working from Nottingham or Solihull, UK

What you will do

  • Champion the development and implementation of the UK Industrial Relations strategy aligned with broader People priorities.
  • Forge and nurture constructive partnerships with Lead Trade Union Representatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Employee Relations framework and HSE facilitation arrangements.
  • Provide authoritative interpretations of policies, frameworks, and collective agreements to stakeholders.
  • Lead consultation initiatives aimed at modernizing collective agreements and workforce frameworks.
  • Support organizational change through consultation planning, communications, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven HR or Employee Relations experience.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and Trade Union environments.
  • Deep understanding of business context and stakeholder landscape.
  • Ability to influence effectively and build confident professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be able to work hybridly from Nottingham or Solihull.
